About Bonnie & Ashley
Ashlynn Retreats is the collaboration of Bonnie Lynn and Ashley Winger — lifelong family friends from two generations who share a deep commitment to growth, embodiment, and authentic living.
Unmasking grew out of their own journeys of shedding expectations, questioning roles they once carried, and rediscovering who they are beneath them.
Bonnie brings decades of leadership experience, lived wisdom, and a passion for helping women reconnect with their inner truth.
Ashley brings the grounded presence of yoga, movement, and helping people reconnect with their bodies and inner wisdom.
Together they bridge generations — blending life wisdom with embodied practice — to create spaces where women can slow down, unmask, and come home to themselves.
